Jason Bernstein is Senior Counsel for AEG Presents, and is involved in all aspects of touring and live events.  He oversees insurance claims and litigation; enforces intellectual property rights for some of the most prominent festivals in the world; and negotiates artist, venue, and sponsorship agreements for Concerts West, Goldenvoice, Madison House Presents, and Messina Touring Group.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Jason started by booked concerts in college, touring as a merchandise representative for Nice Man, placing posters and flyers for Bill Silva Presents, and working at Insight Management on promotion and marketing for Clint Black, Donna Summer, The Beach Boys, and others.

After graduating from Arizona State University, he moved to Los Angeles and began working for PACE Touring and the Arena Network, where his roles included marketing, ticketing, and routing of tours.  He then attended Loyola Law School and is licensed in California and Arizona.
