With over 15 years of venue management experience, Aaron began his career in audio engineering for live events. His passion and expertise quickly propelled him up the ranks, where he oversaw production and operations for large arena and stadium concerts. Throughout his career, Aaron has honed a comprehensive understanding of athletic and special event logistics, touring needs and resources, labor relations, and budget management.

Having spent nearly a decade as a Production Manager and then Director, Aaron transitioned into the world of talent booking. Currently, he serves as the head of entertainment and business development for Columbus Arena Sports & Entertainment. In this role, he focuses on a diverse portfolio that includes two 20,000-seat arenas, a 2,600-seat theater, and a stadium with a capacity of over 100,000.
