"We are so grateful for the support of Musically Fed. Because of them we can save some of the money we would spend on purchasing food to spend on other much needed supplies for our veterans while they are in our transitional housing program." - Danelle King, MANA House program Director

Founded in 2014 by music industry veteran Maria Brunner, Musically Fed’s mission is to mobilize the music industry in the fight against hunger by distributing excess food and catering from tours, shows, and events to those in greatest need.

Musically Fed works with artists, promoters, management, and venues to distribute excess food to community organizations that feed the homeless, hungry and food insecure, with a special focus on veterans. The Phoenix-based nonprofit, whose national partners have included The Zac Brown Band, Fleetwood Mac, Kenny Chesney, and Shawn Mendes identifies opportunities, procures resources and coordinates all aspects of food handling, transport, and distribution.  …But we can’t do it alone.

Through the generosity of our partners, unsung heroes, and volunteers, Musically Fed has helped feed thousands of veterans, families, youth, and those in greatest need at the following locations:

Phoenix Initiative

Hospice of the Valley

MANA House

Phoenix Rescue Mission

Ryan House

Veterans Village

Nashville Initiative

Matthew 25

Nashville Launch Pad

Nashville Rescue Mission

Room at the Inn

The Salvation Army

… And shelters nationwide serving veterans, men, women and youth.
