RAFAELLA
BRAUN

Vice President, Triple Tigers

An executive with a diverse knowledge of the music business, Rafaella Braun, is taking her well-rounded understanding of radio and streaming promotion to the leadership team of Triple Tigers Records. With years of learning to build from the ground up, Braun’s proficiency at executing events, understanding artist needs and translating that into optimal broadcast and consumption, makes her an invaluable asset to both emerging and established artists.

Following graduation from Vanderbilt University, Braun began her multi-faceted career with Premiere Radio Networks and Westwood One (through Ellen Appleton Productions), where she handled the coordination and execution of live radio remotes from top-tier awards shows including the Grammy Awards, CMA Awards, ACM Awards, CMA Music Festival, among many others. As her passion for music and live concerts only grew, Braun transitioned to the renowned Creative Artists Agency in 2003 and was elevated to agent in 2008, the same year she was named a finalist for the Nashville Emerging Leader Awards. At CAA, she worked tirelessly to negotiate concert deals and contracts, sought out new talent for their roster, and executed promotional campaigns for over 60 Country and Classic Rock artists. This role allowed Braun to work between Los Angeles and Nashville as she collaborated with CAA Sports division and LA based clientele such as Pete Wentz and Duff Goldman.

Wanting to get back to her radio roots, Braun made the move to Warner Music Nashville as Manager of West Coast Radio and Streaming where she was awarded “Regionalof the Year” after only two years of the department’s existence. While at Warner Music Nashville, she served on the CRS Agenda Committee from 2016-2017 and then again 2017-2018 for the 50th year of CRS. After eight years leading the West Coast team, Braun made the move back to Nashville where she joined the Triple Tigers Records team as their first National Director of Promotion. During her time with Triple Tigers, she has assisted in guiding the artist roster to an additional ten #1 singles, a #2, Top10 record and breaking Billboard records for consecutive #1s (Scotty McCreery) and weeks at #1 (Russell Dickerson, Ella Langley). During her tenure at Triple Tigers, Braun has been awarded Country Aircheck’s National Director of the Year (Crystal Microphone) in 2022, and VP/SVP of the Year in 2024.

In 2025, she and (Triple Tigers Co-President) Kevin Herring created and established Akando Music, a 2nd imprint under the Triple Tigers umbrella.  Their roster includes Turnpike Troubadours, Tyler Nance, and Chris Young.

Braun is a member of both the Academy of Country Music (serving on the Special Events Committee from 2010-2014) and the Country Music Association and is also an alum of SOLID (Society of Leaders in Development). A sense of community and giving back has always been a pillar of Braun’s – creating Music Row Madness, an industry bowling event aimed to raise funds for Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee (now hosted by SOLID) and supporting Musicians on Call as they expand volunteer efforts at Pheonix Children’s Hospital and Nashville VA. Braun also sits on the boards of the Tennessee Innocence Project and The Collective Nashville (Gerald Allen Scholarship Fund).

Now, as the Vice President of Promotion, Braun continues to advocate for Country music and its artists by devoting her time to building radio partner relationships, providing a safe and solid foundation for artist growth, and leaving room for evolution. As part of a team that highlights individual strengths in a collaborative environment, Braun’s hope for Triple Tigers Records is toleave a legacy of dedication, focus and a truly artist-first approach.
