A seasoned insurance executive, John brings more than 30 years of leadership experience with driving growth, operational excellence, and leading high‑performing teams. As Market Leader at Trucordia Insurance Services, he oversees commercial and personal lines operations across multiple states. His role includes integrating newly acquired agencies, through mergers and acquisitions, while consistently delivering 10% organic growth with industry‑leading retention in both personal and commercial lines. John has developed and led apprenticeship programs in multiple states, including his third program here in Arizona. He is frequently recognized for building cohesive teams, strengthening market presence, and delivering sustained revenue and business performance.

John earned his MBA from the University of Washington and currently contributes to workforce development as a member of the State of Arizona Workforce Council.

John spent 20 years in the U.S. Army. He enlisted as a medic and later graduated from Officer Candidate School where he served in cavalry operations. His distinguished military service includes a tour in Iraq where he was awarded the Bronze Star.
