Such an incredible day for us at Musically Fed. We teamed up with Handlebar J to serve over 140 meals to local live entertainment/concert industry workers. Resurrection Street Ministry came aboard to provide dry goods boxes and fresh produce. These industry professionals are our family, who at this time have different needs due to the current state of the industry and it was important for us to ensure that 35 families were fed yesterday and went home knowing they didn’t have to worry about their next meal. Special thank you to Handlebar J owner, Ray Herndon, for hosting the event who is missing Lyle Lovett’s summer tour because of this virus! And to the ever special Joanne Terry for coordinating the event and preparing the meals, Vanderwall PR, the great crew from Rhino Staging, Bill Berry and Dan Walton from Resurrection Street Ministry, and Shari Corbett Photography for the amazing photos.
