Rockin' Rescue: Goo Goo Dolls and Musically Fed Feed Nashville

A great night picking up unused catering from backstage at the Goo Goo Dolls concert in Nashville! Thanks to our partnership with Ascend Amphitheater, Music City Catering, LLC, and fantastic volunteers like Jeff Chabon and his dog Sammy, we were able to collect both lunch and dinner and deliver it to an agency in need.

Sunday night, we brought the food to Matthew 25, Inc., where it was reused the next day to provide meals for those they serve! Matthew 25’s mission is to break the cycle of homelessness by empowering men, especially veterans, to rebuild their lives through a Christian service-intensive program offering housing, meals, counseling, job placement, and compassionate care.
