We want to thank our new volunteers, Cassandra Bonertz Vatistas and Joe Sullins (trained by one of the best, Mitch Katz!) who hung out with us at the Phil Collins show earlier this week to help us re-purpose the leftover catering. From Vegan stuffed peppers to chocolate cheesecake to roasted veggies and mashed potatoes, the families and patients at the Ryan House and Hospice of the Valley were able to enjoy meals and snacks thanks to Arizona Catering, Live Nation Phoenix, and Talking Stick Resort Arena.
